Ohio High School Basketball - Dixie nudges National Trail
January 24, 2025: New Lebanon, OH 45345 The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Dixie Greyhounds (New Lebanon, OH) and the visiting National Trail Blazers (New Paris, OH), observed Dixie's basketball team edge National Trail by a score of 48-41.
The Greyhounds (9-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Thurgood Marshall (Dayton, OH). The Cougars come into the non-league challenge with a 5-7 record. In their last challenge, Thurgood Marshall was tipped by Springfield (Springfield, OH), 81-51, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Blazers encounter the Northeastern Jets (Springfield, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 25. National Trail will attempt to improve on its 5-8 season record. The Jets come into the challenge with a 6-9 record after their 60-52 league loss to Cedarville (Cedarville, OH).
