Iowa High School Basketball - Hinton victorious over South O'Brien
January 24, 2025: Paullina, IA 51046 In Friday's league contest, the visiting Hinton Blackhawks basketball team scored a good 61-51 triumph over the South O'Brien Wolverines.
The Blackhawks (12-2) will now prepare for their contest against Sergeant Bluff-Luton (Sergeant Bluff, IA). The Warriors go into the non-league contest with a 7-7 record. In their last contest, Sergeant Bluff-Luton was topped by Lincoln (Council Bluffs, IA), 74-52, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Wolverines confront the Emmetsburg E'Hawks (Emmetsburg, IA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, January 25. South O'Brien will attempt to better on its 9-6 season record. The E'Hawks go into the contest with a 10-3 record after their 44-37 league win over Sioux Central (Sioux Rapids, IA).
