Missouri High School Basketball - Lafayette overwhelms Hogan Prep Charter
January 24, 2025: St. Joseph, MO 64505 The Lafayette Fighting Irish basketball team scored 52 points and limited the visiting Hogan Prep Charter Rams to 24 in the Fighting Irish non-league triumph on Friday.
The Fighting Irish now possess a 5-4 record. They play next when they host Atchison for a non-league game on Friday, January 31. Lafayette will confront a Phoenix team coming off a 51-48 league loss to Highland Park (Topeka, KS). The Phoenix record now stands at 7-4.
With the loss, Hogan Prep Charter falls to 1-13 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Summit Christian Academy (Lee's Summit, MO) to confront the Eagles in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 28. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 14-3. Summit Christian Academy won 69-38 in their recent non-league game against Oak Grove (Oak Grove, MO)
