In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Poolesville Falcons basketball team scored a good 70-57 triumph over the Kennedy Cavaliers.

The Falcons (6-8) will now prepare for their contest against Northwood (Silver Spring, MD). The Gladiators go into the non-league contest with a 1-12 record. In their last contest, Northwood was topped by Blake (Silver Spring, MD), 77-32, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Cavaliers battle the Sherwood Warriors (Sandy Spring, MD) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, January 28. Kennedy will attempt to better on its 9-4 season record.
