The Scott Skyhawks basketball team scored 62 points and limited the visiting Midland Trail Patriots to 41 in the Skyhawks non-league triumph on Friday.

The Skyhawks now possess a 6-6 record. They play next when they travel to Riverside for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 28.

With the loss, Midland Trail falls to 6-4 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Greater Beckley Christian (Prosperity, WV) to confront the Crusaders in a non-league game on Monday, January 27. The Crusaders go into the game with a record of 7-5. Greater Beckley Christian won 84-52 in their recent league game against Teays Valley Christian (Scott Depot, WV)
