Oklahoma High School Basketball - Coweta nips Shawnee
January 24, 2025: Shawnee, OK 74801 In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Coweta Tigers basketball team scored a close 55-49 win over the Shawnee Wolves.
The Tigers (13-1) will now prepare for their contest against Yukon (Yukon, OK). The Millers come into the non-league contest with a 10-6 record. In their last contest, Yukon edged El Reno (El Reno, OK), 52-48, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Wolves battle the El Reno Indians (El Reno, OK) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, January 25. Shawnee will attempt to better on its 12-3 season record. The Indians come into the contest with a 13-1 record after their 52-48 non-league loss to Yukon (Yukon, OK).
