New Jersey High School Basketball - Passaic knocked off by Saddle River Day
January 25, 2022: Saddle River, NJ 07458 The Saddle River Day Rebels basketball team scored 59 points and held the visiting Passaic Indians to 43 in the Rebels non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Rebels now sport a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Clifton for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 27. Saddle River Day will meet a Mustangs team coming off a 74-60 non-league win over Fair Lawn (Fair Lawn, NJ). The Mustangs record now stands at 4-8.
The Indians (1-9) will now prepare for their contest against Wayne Valley (Wayne, NJ). The Indians enter the non-league contest with a 9-4 record. In their last contest, Wayne Valley was outscored by Ramapo (Franklin Lakes, NJ), 62-57, in a non-league contest.
