January 25, 2022: Avalon, TX 76623 The Bynum Bulldogs (Bynum, TX) basketball nipped the host Avalon Eagles (Avalon, TX), 34-28 in Tuesday's league test.
The Bulldogs (11-8) will now prepare for their test against Trinidad (Trinidad, TX). The Trojans go into the 1A Region IV District 26 test with a 3-16 record. In their last test, Trinidad was tipped by Coolidge (Coolidge, TX), 61-21, in a league test.
The Eagles now own a 0-10 record. They play next when they travel to Milford for a 1A Region IV District 26 test on Friday, January 28. Avalon will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 54-51 league loss to Hubbard (Hubbard, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 13-8.
