January 25, 2022: McAlisterville, PA 17049 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the East Juniata Tigers (McAlisterville, PA) and the visiting Bald Eagle Area Bald Eagles (Wingate, PA), saw East Juniata's basketball squad overcome Bald Eagle Area by a tally of 38-19.
With the victory, East Juniata improves its record to 7-6 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Line Mountain (Herndon, PA) to confront the Eagles in a Tri-Valley challenge on Friday, January 28. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 12-1. Line Mountain won 44-36 in their recent league challenge against Greenwood (Millerstown, PA)
Next up, the Bald Eagles confront the Penns Valley Area Rams (Spring Mills, PA) in a Mountain challenge, on Thursday, January 27. Bald Eagle Area will attempt to improve on its 5-8 season record. The Rams come into the challenge with a 6-8 record after their 53-24 league win over Philipsburg-Osceola (Philipsburg, PA).
