Massachusetts High School Basketball - Chelmsford knocked off by Dracut
January 25, 2022: North Chelmsford, MA 01863 The Dracut Middies basketball team scored 60 points and held the host Chelmsford Lions to 48 in the Middies league triumph on Tuesday.
The Middies now sport a 11-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Andover for a non-league contest on Friday, January 28. Dracut will battle a Scarlet Knights team coming off a 54-33 non-league win over Haverhill (Haverhill, MA). The Scarlet Knights record now stands at 7-2.
Next up, the Lions play the Lowell Red Raiders (Lowell, MA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 28. Chelmsford will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Red Raiders come into the bout with a 1-6 record after their 41-34 league loss to Billerica Memorial (Billerica, MA).
