Nebraska High School Basketball - Wilber-Clatonia knocked off by Palmyra
January 25, 2022: Wilber, NE 68465 The Palmyra Panthers basketball team scored 32 points and held the host Wilber-Clatonia Wolverines to 22 in the Panthers league triumph on Tuesday.
The Panthers now sport a 1-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Elmwood-Murdock for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 27. Palmyra will battle a Knights team coming off a 53-25 non-league win over Freeman (Adams, NE). The Knights record now stands at 14-2.
With the defeat, Wilber-Clatonia moves to 2-15 on the year. The Wolverines travel to Milford (Milford, NE) to face the Eagles in a non-league game on Friday, January 28. The Eagles enter the game with a record of 10-7. Milford lost 51-38 in their recent non-league game against Sutton (Sutton, NE)
