Virginia High School Basketball - Liberty tipped by Osbourn Park
January 25, 2023: Bealeton, VA 22712 The Osbourn Park Yellowjackets basketball team scored 72 points and held the host Liberty Eagles to 70 in the Yellowjackets non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Yellowjackets now sport a 4-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Unity Reed for a Cedar Run contest on Friday, January 27. Osbourn Park will meet a Lions team coming off a 44-43 league win over John Champe (Aldie, VA). The Lions record now stands at 3-15.
The Eagles (5-15) will now prepare for their contest against Fauquier (Warrenton, VA). The Falcons enter the Northwestern contest with a 7-12 record. In their last contest, Fauquier nudged James Wood (Winchester, VA), 52-39, in a league contest.
