California High School Basketball - Bear River overwhelms Center
January 25, 2023: Antelope, CA 95843 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Bear River Bruins (Grass Valley, CA) and the host Center Cougars (Antelope, CA), saw Bear River's basketball squad wallop Center by a tally of 54-7.
With the victory, Bear River improves its record to 3-9 on the campaign. The Bruins travel to Twelve Bridges (Lincoln, CA) to confront the Raging Rhinos in a challenge on Friday, January 27. The Raging Rhinos come into the challenge with a record of 10-10. Twelve Bridges won 42-22 in their recent league challenge against Lindhurst (Olivehurst, CA)
Next up, the Cougars confront the Marysville Indians (Marysville, CA) in a challenge, on Friday, January 27. Center will attempt to improve on its 1-12 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 17-1 record after their 57-20 league win over Bear River (Grass Valley, CA).
