January 25, 2024: New Prague, MN 56071 The New Prague Trojans (New Prague, MN) basketball knocked off the visiting Albert Lea Tigers (Albert Lea, MN), 73-54 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Trojans (4-11) will now prepare for their test against Chaska (Chaska, MN). The Hawks go into the non-league test with a 5-10 record. In their last test, Chaska notched a victory over Jefferson (Bloomington, MN), 79-67, in a non-league test.
The Tigers now own a 1-15 record. They play next when they travel to Red Wing for a non-league test on Friday, January 26. Albert Lea will encounter a Wingers squad coming off a 70-49 non-league loss to John Marshall (Rochester, MN). The Wingers record now stands at 6-10.
