The New Underwood Tigers basketball team scored 68 points and held the visiting Lyman Raiders to 47 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Tigers now sport a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Harding County for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 27. New Underwood will meet a Ranchers team coming off a 52-42 non-league loss to Belle Fourche (Belle Fourche, SD). The Ranchers record now stands at 6-6.

The Raiders (4-8) will now prepare for their contest against Wall (Wall, SD). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 7-5 record. In their last contest, Wall was routed by Hill City (Hill City, SD), 70-55, in a non-league contest.
