January 25, 2024: Paramus, NJ 07652 The Paramus Catholic Paladins basketball team scored 61 points and held the visiting Dumont Huskies to 52 in the Paladins non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Paladins now sport a 5-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ramapo for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 27. Paramus Catholic will battle a Raiders team coming off a 44-29 non-league win over Wayne Hills (Wayne, NJ). The Raiders record now stands at 14-2.
The Huskies (8-9) will now prepare for their contest against Lyndhurst (Lyndhurst, NJ). The Golden Bears enter the non-league contest with a 13-4 record. In their last contest, Lyndhurst ran past Fort Lee (Fort Lee, NJ), 53-41, in a non-league contest.
