Kansas High School Basketball - Halstead tops Maize
January 25, 2024: Halstead, KS 67056 Halstead Dragons (Halstead, KS) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Maize Eagles (Maize, KS), 41-27 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Halstead upgrades its record to 8-1 on the campaign. The Dragons travel to Circle (Towanda, KS) to play the Thunderbirds in a non-league bout on Friday, January 26. The Thunderbirds come into the bout with a record of 8-1. Circle won 59-50 in their recent non-league bout against Andale (Andale, KS)
