January 25, 2024: Kennett Square, PA 19348 The Kennett Blue Demons basketball squad scored 50 points and restricted the visiting Sun Valley Vanguards to 24 in the Blue Demons league victory on Thursday.
With the victory, Kennett upgrades its record to 4-4 on the campaign. The Blue Demons host East (West Chester, PA) to play the Vikings in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 27. The Vikings come into the bout with a record of 13-4. East won 48-39 in their recent league bout against Avon Grove (West Grove, PA)
Next up, the Vanguards play the Cristo Rey Philadelphia Blue Pride (Philadelphia, PA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 27. Sun Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 9-8 season record. The Blue Pride come into the bout with a 6-5 record after their 32-26 non-league win over Little Flower Catholic for Girls (Philadelphia, PA).
