The Williams Valley Vikings basketball team scored 42 points and held the visiting Marian Catholic to 29 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Vikings now sport a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Tri-Valley for a Schuylkill County 2 contest on Monday, January 29. Williams Valley will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 55-23 non-league loss to Tamaqua (Tamaqua, PA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-15.
