January 25, 2024: Portland, OR 97216 In Thursday's non-league outing, the Walla Walla Valley Academy Knights (College Place, WA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Portland Adventist Academy Cougars (Portland, OR), by a count of 45-21.
The Knights (5-4) will now prepare for their outing against River View (Kennewick, WA). The Panthers go into the 2B Eastern Washington - East outing with a 0-10 record. In their last outing, River View was crushed by Tri-Cities Prep (Pasco, WA), 80-43, in a league outing.
The Cougars now hold a 0-15 record. They play next when they travel to Oregon Episcopal for a 3A Lewis & Clark outing on Thursday, January 25.
