With the victory, Aliquippa upgrades its record to 12-3 on the year. The Quips travel to Riverside (Ellwood City, PA) to face the Panthers in a WPIAL 3A 1 match on Tuesday, January 28. The Panthers enter the match with a record of 7-11. Riverside lost 38-35 in their recent league match against Beaver Falls (Beaver Falls, PA)
The Indians now sport a 8-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Shaler Area for a WPIAL 5A 2 match on Tuesday, January 28. Penn Hills will face a Titans squad coming off a 60-59 league win over Plum (Pittsburgh, PA). The Titans record now stands at 7-9.
