Oklahoma High School Basketball - Allen nudges Silo
January 25, 2025: Silo, OK 74701 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Allen Mustangs (Allen, OK) and the host Silo Rebels (Silo, OK), observed Allen's basketball team edge Silo by a score of 41-34.
The Mustangs (15-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Tupelo (Tupelo, OK). The Tigers come into the Pontotoc challenge with a 17-5 record. In their last challenge, Tupelo edged Stonewall (Stonewall, OK), 47-34, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Rebels encounter the Atoka Wampus Cats (Atoka, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 28. Silo will attempt to improve on its 8-8 season record. The Wampus Cats come into the challenge with a 0-18 record after their 60-29 non-league loss to Madill (Madill, OK).
