Oklahoma High School Basketball - McAlester bested by Blanchard
January 25, 2025: Blanchard, OK 73010 Blanchard Lions (Blanchard, OK) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting McAlester Buffaloes (McAlester, OK), 59-45 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Blanchard advances its record to 12-5 on the year. The Lions host Dibble (Dibble, OK) to meet the Demons in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 28. The Demons enter the match with a record of 6-10.
The Buffaloes now own a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Broken Bow for a non-league match on Monday, January 27. McAlester will meet a Savages squad coming off a 66-48 non-league loss to Sulphur (Sulphur, OK). The Savages record now stands at 12-5.
