January 25, 2025: North Sioux City, SD 57049 St. Thomas More Cavaliers (Rapid City, SD) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Dakota Valley Panthers (North Sioux City, SD), 62-54 in a non-league match.
With the victory, St. Thomas More upgrades its record to 10-4 on the year. The Cavaliers travel to Spearfish (Spearfish, SD) to face the Spartans in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 28. The Spartans enter the match with a record of 7-2. Spearfish won 70-40 in their recent non-league match against Mahpiya Luta (Pine Ridge, SD)
The Panthers now sport a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sioux Falls Christian for a A Region 4 match on Thursday, January 30.
