January 25, 2025: Pine Ridge, SD 57770 The Lakota Tech Tatanka basketball squad (Pine Ridge, SD), was nudged 55-51 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Garretson Blue Dragons (Garretson, SD)
With the victory, Garretson advances its record to 6-6 on the year. The Blue Dragons host Flandreau (Flandreau, SD) to meet the Fliers in a A Region 3 battle on Tuesday, January 28. The Fliers enter the battle with a record of 8-4. Flandreau won 59-39 in their recent non-league battle against Parker (Parker, SD)
The Tatanka now own a 3-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Little Wound for a A Region 7 battle on Thursday, January 30. Lakota Tech will meet a Mustangs squad coming off a 67-40 league loss to Pine Ridge (Pine Ridge, SD). The Mustangs record now stands at 7-5.
