January 25, 2025: Circleville, OH 43113 The New Hope Christian Academy Statesmen (Circleville, OH) basketball toppled the visiting Green Bobcats (Franklin Furnace, OH), 44-27 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Statesmen now possess a 12-2 record. They play next when they host High Street Christian Academy for a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 28. New Hope Christian Academy will play a team coming off a 68-54 non-league win over Ross County Christian Academy (Chillicothe, OH). The record now stands at 2-1.
With the loss, Green falls to 7-8 on the campaign. The Bobcats travel to East (Sciotoville, OH) to play the Tartans in a Southern Ohio I bout on Tuesday, January 28. The Tartans go into the bout with a record of 3-8. East lost 72-31 in their recent league bout against Notre Dame (Portsmouth, OH)
