January 25, 2025: Somerville, NJ 08876 In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Immaculata Spartans basketball team scored a good 60-51 triumph over the South Plainfield Tigers.
The Spartans (13-4) will now prepare for their contest against Hunterdon Central (Flemington, NJ). The Red Devils go into the non-league contest with a 5-14 record. In their last contest, Hunterdon Central topped Perth Amboy (Perth Amboy, NJ), 58-52, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Tigers confront the North Brunswick North Brunswick Raiders (North Brunswick, NJ) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, January 28. South Plainfield will attempt to better on its 12-5 season record. The North Brunswick Raiders go into the contest with a 7-12 record after their 54-45 non-league win over Timothy Christian (Piscataway, NJ).
