In Saturday's non-league test, the Kokomo Wildkats (Kokomo, IN) basketball squad got by the host Tipton Blue Devils (Tipton, IN), by a score of 63-59.

Next, the Wildkats encounter the Lafayette Jefferson Bronchos (Lafayette, IN) in a North Central test, on Friday, January 31. Kokomo will attempt to improve on its 12-4 season record. The Bronchos come into the test with a 11-3 record after their 49-36 non-league win over Lafayette Central Catholic (Lafayette, IN).
