In Saturday's non-league test, the The Carmel School Wildcats (Ruther Glen, VA) basketball squad got by the visiting Virginia Episcopal School Bishops (Lynchburg, VA), by a final score of 55-51.

Next, the Wildcats clash with the Grace Christian School Kings (Mechanicsville, VA) in a non-league test, on Monday, January 27. The Carmel School will attempt to upgrade on its 10-7 season record. The Kings come into the test with a 13-6 record after their 65-47 non-league win over Life Christian Academy (Chester, VA).
