Kentucky High School Basketball - St. Xavier overwhelms Atherton
January 25, 2025: Louisville, KY 40217 The St. Xavier Tigers basketball team scored 65 points and limited the visiting Atherton Ravens to 25 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Tigers now possess a 9-1 record. They play next when they host Floyd Central for a non-league game on Monday, January 27. St. Xavier will confront a Highlanders team coming off a 49-16 non-league loss to St. Xavier (Louisville, KY). The Highlanders record now stands at 0-2.
With the loss, Atherton falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Ravens host Waggener (Louisville, KY) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league game on Tuesday, February 4.
