Kansas High School Basketball - Field Kindley fells Belle Plaine
January 25, 2025: Coffeyville, KS 67337 The Field Kindley Golden Tornado basketball team scored 58 points and limited the visiting Belle Plaine Dragons to 38 in the Golden Tornado non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Golden Tornado now have a 5-2 record. They play next when they host Labette County for a Southeast Kansas game on Friday, January 31. Field Kindley will confront a Grizzlies team coming off a 70-60 non-league loss to Silver Lake (Silver Lake, KS). The Grizzlies record now stands at 10-1.
With the loss, Belle Plaine falls to 5-7 on the campaign. The Dragons travel to Udall (Udall, KS) to confront the Eagles in a non-league game on Monday, January 27. The Eagles go into the match with a record of 5-7. Udall lost 47-43 in their recent non-league match against Central (Burden, KS)
