Cheyenne-Eagle Butte Braves (Eagle Butte, SD) supporters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Stanley County Buffalos (Fort Pierre, SD), 58-41 in a league match.

With the victory, Cheyenne-Eagle Butte advances its record to 5-7 on the year. The Braves travel to Dupree (Dupree, SD) to face the Tigers in a non-league match on Monday, January 27. The Tigers enter the match with a record of 1-11. Dupree lost 61-50 in their recent non-league match against Oldham-Ramona/Rutland (Ramona, SD)

The Buffalos now own a 1-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Gregory for a non-league match on Tuesday, January 28. Stanley County will face a Gorillas squad coming off a 64-46 non-league loss to White River (White River, SD). The Gorillas record now stands at 1-10.
