West Virginia High School Basketball - Linsly holds off Keyser
January 25, 2025: Keyser, WV 26726 The Linsly Cadets basketball team scored 70 points and limited the host Keyser Golden Tornado to 66 in the Cadets non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Cadets now have a 6-6 record. They play next when they travel to John Marshall for a non-league game on Monday, January 27. Linsly will confront a Monarchs team coming off a 44-35 non-league loss to Dover (Dover, OH). The Monarchs record now stands at 7-8.
With the loss, Keyser falls to 10-3 on the campaign. The Golden tornado host Mountain Ridge (Frostburg, MD) to confront the Miners in a Appalachian Mountain game on Tuesday, January 28. The Miners go into the game with a record of 7-5.
