The South Bend Riley Wildcats nipped the visiting Michigan City Wolves basketball squad by a final score of 47-44 in Saturday's non-league outing.

Next, the Wildcats face the Morgan Township Cherokees (Valparaiso, IN) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, January 30. South Bend Riley will attempt to upgrade on its 13-9 season record.

The Wolves (4-16) will now prepare for their outing against Bowman Academy (Gary, IN). The Eagles enter the non-league outing with a 9-10 record. In their last outing, Bowman Academy got by Hammond Bishop Noll (Hammond, IN), 58-45, in a non-league outing.
