With the victory, St. Monica Academy advances its record to 5-13 on the year. The Crusaders travel to Desert Christian (Lancaster, CA) to meet the Knights in a Heritage battle on Wednesday, January 29. The Knights enter the battle with a record of 13-5. Desert Christian won 43-40 in their recent league battle against St. Monica Academy (Montrose, CA)
The Pioneers now own a 1-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mary Star of the Sea for a Santa Fe battle on Tuesday, January 28. San Gabriel Mission will meet a Stars squad coming off a 32-16 league win over St. Bernard (Playa del Rey, CA). The Stars record now stands at 8-11.
