Michigan High School Ice Hockey - Traverse City West holds off Northwest
January 25, 2025: Jackson, MI 49201 In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Traverse City West Titans ice hockey team scored a close 3-2 victory over the Northwest Mounties.
The Titans (8-11) will now prepare for their contest against Cadillac (Cadillac, MI). The Vikings go into the Great Northern contest with a 6-11 record. In their last contest, Cadillac was nipped by Alpena (Alpena, MI), 6-1, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Mounties play the Adrian Maples (Adrian, MI) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, January 29. Northwest will attempt to better on its 5-11 season record. The Maples go into the contest with a 3-7 record after their 4-1 non-league loss to Hudsonville (Hudsonville, MI).
