Maine High School Ice Hockey - Scarborough succumbs to York
January 25, 2025: York, ME 03909 York Wildcats (York, ME) backers exited the stadium content Saturday as they observed their ice hockey squad achieve victory over the visiting Scarborough Red Storm (Scarborough, ME), 3-0 in a non-league game.
With the win, York moves its record to 8-4 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Leavitt (Turner, ME) to confront the Hornets in a non-league game on Saturday, February 1. The Hornets enter the game with a record of 7-5. Leavitt won 7-2 in their recent non-league game against Brunswick (Brunswick, ME)
The Red Storm now possess a 3-5 record. They play next when they host Edward Little for a Class A game on Thursday, January 30. Scarborough will confront a Red Eddies squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Greely (Cumberland Center, ME). The Red Eddies record now stands at 4-7.
