Connecticut High School Basketball - University can't hold off Metropolitan Learning Center

The Metropolitan Learning Center Dragons basketball team scored 60 points and held the host University Hawks to 54 in the Dragons league triumph on Thursday.

The Dragons now sport a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Classical Magnet for a Capitol Region contest on Wednesday, February 1.

The Hawks (2-11) will now prepare for their contest against Parish Hill (Chaplin, CT). The Pirates enter the Capitol Region contest with a 0-10 record. In their last contest, Parish Hill was nudged by Classical Magnet (Hartford, CT), 54-15, in a league contest.
