Big Sky Eagles (Missoula, MT) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Flathead Braves/Bravettes (Kalispell, MT), 71-54 in a league bout.

With the victory, Big Sky upgrades its record to 4-6 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Sentinel (Missoula, MT) to play the Spartans in a AA Western bout on Friday, February 10. The Spartans come into the bout with a record of 2-10.

Next up, the Braves/Bravettes play the Hellgate Knights (Missoula, MT) in a AA Western bout, on Saturday, January 28. Flathead will attempt to upgrade on its 0-9 season record. The Knights come into the bout with a 8-2 record after their 49-41 league win over Glacier (Kalispell, MT).
