New Jersey High School Basketball - Hoboken overwhelms University Academy Charter
January 26, 2023: Hoboken, NJ 07030 Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Hoboken Redwings (Hoboken, NJ) and the visiting University Academy Charter Generals (Jersey City, NJ), saw Hoboken's basketball squad wallop University Academy Charter by a tally of 68-18.
With the victory, Hoboken improves its record to 11-5 on the campaign. The Redwings host Watchung Hills Regional (Warren, NJ) to play the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 28. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 9-7. Watchung Hills Regional won 65-56 in their recent league challenge against Ridge (Basking Ridge, NJ)
Next, the Generals encounter the McNair Academic Cougars (Jersey City, NJ) in a Hudson County - National test, on Monday, February 6. University Academy Charter will attempt to advance on its 0-7 season record.
