Lower Brule Sioux (Lower Brule, SD) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Takini Skyhawks (Howes, SD), 113-43 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Lower Brule upgrades its record to 10-3 on the campaign. The Sioux travel to Marty Indian (Marty, SD) to play the Braves in a non-league bout on Friday, January 27. The Braves come into the bout with a record of 5-4. Marty Indian won 85-59 in their recent non-league bout against Tiospaye Topa (Ridgeview, SD)
