The Cape Fear Christian Academy Eagles basketball team scored 62 points and held the visiting Ascend Leadership Aviators to 15 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Eagles now sport a 7-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Crossroads Christian for a NCISAA Mid-Carolina contest on Tuesday, January 31. Cape Fear Christian Academy will battle a Colts team coming off a 61-27 non-league win over Pungo Christian Academy (Belhaven, NC). The Colts record now stands at 19-3.

The Aviators (0-8) will now prepare for their contest against Cape Fear Christian Academy (Erwin, NC). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 7-11 record.
