Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Cocalico holds off Conestoga Valley
January 26, 2023: Lancaster, PA 17601 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Cocalico Eagles (Denver, PA) and the host Conestoga Valley Buckskins (Lancaster, PA), saw Cocalico's basketball squad hold off Conestoga Valley by a tally of 43-40.
With the victory, Cocalico improves its record to 6-11 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Penn Manor (Millersville, PA) to confront the Comets in a non-league challenge on Monday, January 30. The Comets come into the challenge with a record of 2-8. Penn Manor lost 55-26 in their recent league challenge against Hempfield (Landisville, PA)
Next up, the Buckskins confront the Warwick Warriors (Lititz, PA) in a Lancaster-Lebanon 1 challenge, on Tuesday, January 31. Conestoga Valley will attempt to improve on its 3-6 season record.
