Ohio High School Basketball - Woodmore tops Elmwood
January 26, 2023: Elmore, OH 43416 Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Woodmore Wildcats (Elmore, OH) and the visiting Elmwood Royals (Bloomdale, OH), saw Woodmore's basketball squad knock off Elmwood by a tally of 48-36.
With the victory, Woodmore improves its record to 14-3 on the campaign. The Wildcats host St. Joseph Central Catholic (Fremont, OH) to play the Crimson Streaks in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 28. The Crimson Streaks come into the challenge with a record of 5-4. St. Joseph Central Catholic won 53-29 in their recent league challenge against St. Mary Central Catholic (Sandusky, OH)
Next up, the Royals play the Carey Blue Devils (Carey, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 6. Elmwood will attempt to improve on its 6-9 season record.
