The The Connection School of Houston Bears basketball team scored 49 points and restricted the visiting School of the Woods Wildcats to 14 in the Bears non-league victory on Thursday.

The Bears now sport a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Faith Christian for a Freelance contest on Friday, February 10. The Connection School of Houston will battle a Saints team coming off a 21-17 non-league win over Chinquapin (Highlands, TX). The Saints record now stands at 3-6.

The Wildcats (5-6) will now prepare for their contest against Humble Christian (Humble, TX). The Cougars come into the TCAL contest with a 7-1 record. In their last contest, Humble Christian triumphed over Lighthouse HomeSchool (Port Arthur, TX), 50-25, in a non-league contest.
