Reavis Rams (Burbank, IL) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Argo Argonauts (Summit, IL), 54-51 in a league bout.

With the victory, Reavis upgrades its record to 10-10 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Thornton Fractional South (Lansing, IL) to play the Red Wolves in a South Suburban bout on Tuesday, January 30. The Red Wolves come into the bout with a record of 8-14. Thornton Fractional South lost 54-50 in their recent non-league bout against Hyde Park (Chicago, IL)

Next up, the Argonauts play the Sandburg Eagles (Orland Park, IL) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 27. Argo will attempt to upgrade on its 6-17 season record. The Eagles come into the bout with a 11-11 record after their 67-48 non-league loss to Andrew (Tinley Park, IL).
