New Jersey High School Basketball - West Deptford can't hold off Clearview
January 26, 2024: Mullica Hill, NJ 08062 The Clearview Pioneers basketball team scored 50 points and held the visiting West Deptford Eagles to 43 in the Pioneers non-league triumph on Friday.
The Pioneers now sport a 9-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Washington Township for a Tri-County - Royal contest on Monday, January 29. Clearview will battle a Minutemen team coming off a 48-45 non-league loss to KIPP Cooper Norcross (Camden, NJ). The Minutemen record now stands at 9-7.
The Eagles (6-9) will now prepare for their contest against Glassboro (Glassboro, NJ). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 7-9 record. In their last contest, Glassboro was nudged by Deptford (Deptford, NJ), 50-47, in a non-league contest.
