January 26, 2024: Colome, SD 57528 The Colome Cowboys basketball team (Colome, SD), was overwhelmed 69-48 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Platte/Geddes Black Panthers (Platte, SD)
The Black Panthers now possess a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Leola/Frederick for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 27. Platte/Geddes will battle a Titans team coming off a 63-55 non-league loss to Faulkton (Faulkton, SD). The Titans record now stands at 12-1.
The Cowboys (0-11) will now prepare for their battle against Kimball/White Lake (Kimball, SD). The Wildkats come into the non-league battle with a 3-9 record. In their last battle, Kimball/White Lake was overwhelmed by Gregory (Gregory, SD), 50-27, in a non-league battle.
