Des Moines Christian Lions (Des Moines, IA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Ogden Bulldogs (Ogden, IA), 46-42 in a league bout.

With the victory, Des Moines Christian upgrades its record to 9-4 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Van Meter (Van Meter, IA) to play the Bulldogs in a West Central bout on Tuesday, January 30. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a record of 10-6. Van Meter won 60-39 in their recent league bout against West Central Valley (Stuart, IA)
