January 26, 2024: Sandpoint, ID 83864 The Genesis Prep Academy Jaguars basketball team (Post Falls, ID), was overwhelmed 75-28 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Sandpoint Bulldogs (Sandpoint, ID)
The Bulldogs now possess a 9-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Moscow for a 5A/4A Inland Empire battle on Tuesday, January 30. Sandpoint will confront a Bears team coming off a 69-50 league win over Lakeland (Rathdrum, ID). The Bears record now stands at 7-9.
The Jaguars (6-7) will now prepare for their battle against Lakeside (Plummer, ID). The Knights come into the 1A I Scenic Idaho battle with a 8-2 record. In their last battle, Lakeside was overwhelmed by Lake Roosevelt (Coulee Dam, WA), 77-70, in a non-league battle.
